William Daniel

Funeral Services for Mr. William Leon Daniel will be held on Saturday December 16, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Greater Bells Chapel Baptist Church 670 Oconee Springs Road SE, Eatonton. Rev. James Harris Jr. will officiate.

Mr. William Leon Daniel was born on September 11, 1953 in Eatonton,GA to Mr. William and Hattie Coppedge. Mrs. Hattie later married Mr. Willie Lee Daniel, who adopted Leon. Leon lived in Eatonton, GA during his early childhood, then moved to Macon, GA where he attended public school. He was a 1971 graduate from Northeast High School. After graduating, he held down many jobs, but decided to enlist in the United States Army, where he served four years and was a paratrooper. After his discharge, he served in the National Guard.

He leaves to cherish his memories: a devoted wife, Paula Daniel; four devoted sons, Damian Daniel, Kenji (Tiffany) Todd of Eatonton, GA, Courtney Daniel of Norcross, GA, and Delrico (Shontel) Shinholster of Dexter, GA.

Mr. William Leon Daniel will be placed in the sanctuary of Greater Bells Chapel Baptist Church one hour prior to service. Viewing will be held on Friday December 15, 2017 from 1:00-7:00 PM. Wilkinson County Memorial Chapel, Irwinton has charge of arrangements.
